Crafting: Hair Scarves

I rock the head scarves. I love 'em since my head can never fit in hats. Recently I have been making my own with 1/4 of a yard fabric (100% cotton, Poplin, etc) that I purchase at Hancock Fabrics and it costs me about $.99! So far I have finished almost 8.
What I do is get a 1/4 yard of fabric. I stitch a narrow hem on all sides (eventually i'll use a velvet piping too). It takes about 5 minutes start to finish. Try to stay away from the real silky fabrics for they slide too much even with hair pins.
