on the hunt

i have been

creating a momentum.

my upcycled glass bottles have been bringing in money that we have been using to fill our gas tanks.

i wish i was selling more stuff, but i do not know what else to do.

participating in showcases has created more traffic but not sells.

Last summer i made a crap load of buttons and pocket mirrors with a kick ass button maker that i thought i was gonna get to keep. Now that it is gone, i'm missing it terribly. so now i'm on a hunt for an inexpensive button maker. Preferably a 3 in 1. I love the pocket mirrors (i've sold one already) and i see that there are other etsyians that have done well with that-

may i digress for a moment and express how frustrating it is to see someone doing something that you figured was original but they did it before you even posted your first 1! and it makes you look like you are one of those cyber art theives.

i smoke my camels flat

Watched some a$$hole friggin' drive over my pack of smokes.

After a short day of training this morn, i came home to my girls. Tan, and fresh from their second day on the beach. I took them for a bike ride and Bubs noticed that my smokes fell out of my back pocket.

i made a uturn.

i had lost a pack yesterday when i accidently spilled a whole bottle of Diet Coke in my purse.

I didn't turn around quick enough and surely a white Honda Civic drove over 'em.

I swear it even looked like they were trying to run over 'em.

I smoked 'em anyway.

Flat or not, they are still smokeable..lol

i am ...afraid

saw "i am Legend" tonight.

I regreted it immediately after saw a lone Will Smith witnessing the mutant humans huddling with rapid breath in a dark room. Clenching with white knuckles to his assult weapon. Oh $hit that image was burned into my brain and i am sleeping with the light on.

yes, i'm a p*ssy.

Never said i wasn't.

Couldn't help but think if that really did happen and i had to witness my family bleeding from the eyes beacuse some scientist can't stop playing God.

Diet Coke consumes me

i use to make fun of people who drank diet colas. i hate that odd sweetness of the fake sugar.

you can remember that i went through a month of drinking nothing but redbull until i consumed more than i should have one fatefull sunday.

I started to drink diet coke one early morning shift because it was sugar free and full of caffine. um, i like it and now i am just another person on this beautiful mudball called Earthwho loves her diet coke.

sex and the city

saw Sex and the City tonight for our anniversary.

i loved it and even though it was 98% women in the tiny, dirty theater,

i'm so glad that i saw it with my husband.

there were certain plot lines that i related closely with that has been difficult for me to articulate without sounding whiney.

we had a great and approiate conversation afterward over drinks at my favorite bar, Woody's.

the film was pertictable if you are an avid SATC watcher, but it entertaining nontheless.

i'm gonna see it again next week with my grrl.
