Smoothies

I now can add yummy fruit smoothies to my list of things that I can make on the fly thanks to my handy unused baby food processor:

  • 1/4 frozen berries
  • 2T Yogurt (I believe if you use a flavored yogurt you wouldn’t need the sugar)
  • 1T Sugar
  • Milk (enough for the desired consistency)
    Takes 3 minutes to puree and 30 seconds to wash the processor. I’m going to eventually add a protein powder. A friend suggested using soy milk and fruit (hmm...) Forget going to Planet Smoothie and spending $3.50!
