i can't sleep. full of anxiety. full thought. i wanna create. i wanna write. i want people to dig my shite so much that i can make a living off of doing what i love. i wanna provide. i want to be as great as my dad. i wanna be featured on etsy. i wanna show the world me.

the beginning

my best gal has turned 30 years old! We had an imprompt to party on the 15th that had such an impressive spread. She cooked so much that everyone left with doggy bags and sluggish. Perhaps it was from the party favors butt there was something for everyone there.

i gave her 2 pendants for her birthday. She even wore 'em and i got people asking me questions.

i broke out my old digital camera. it's only 4 mega pixels but who really cares right now? anyway, i finally took pictures of my first phase of jewelry. I even stayed way past my bedtime (i go to work for 6am) just to post a few new items in my etsy store.

I gotta say.. i dig 'em. I love 'em so much that i'm convinced that i gotta enter a craft fair or some kind of farmers market!

i'm so excited i can dance. i have finally purchased a brand new gocco printer after many unsuccessful bidding wars on ebay for the last several years. I found the cheapest place around in the US that sells 'em and after $199 on at 1am, i succumed to the desire. I wanted it so bad. I'm hoping i'm not going to get f*cked and i just threw away $200!

This new machine made in Japan by Riso, i believe is still discontinued after a high demand from artists and crafters all around the globe, will take my work to another level i feel. I can use it on paper; incorperate it in my stained glass pieces; my fused glass pieces; t-shirts; any piece of fabric ( finally i will use the blank tshirts i often by at Michaels ot the thrift store. OMG, the possibilities are endless!

I'll occationally post my projects, if i ever get the machine..lol. Perhaps join one of those etsy and flickr teams..lol i can be finally cool.

i know it's a bit late..

i know it's been a bit late with my updates, but let's face it, i have a pretty busy life these days...AND my digital camera has succumed to the same fate of the last 8 cameras i've had in the last 5 years (that's more the reason i haven't been around). ANYwho, much has happened since i late blogged. Unfortuneately you will have to come back later to hear all about it for i am starving and have been up since 4:20 (teehee) am because of work. Now, you see, i'm gonna enjoy the remaining few hours of Folly Beach warmth before the rain comes in again.
