Pie Makes It Better

I made my chipotle chili not at its full alarm- heartburn is not on my to- do list. What made everything so heavenly was my homemade Bing Cherry and Blackberry pie. I stood in my kitchen overzealously taking the pits out of a pound of cherries (expensive too!). I'm calling it the BB King. There's something to say about a terrific slice of pie.

I do have to admit that there was an almost overwhelming sweetness that would leave the real BB King in a diabetic comma. Due to some culinary know- how, i was able to cut the sweetness by making a not so sweet whipped topping. Yum Yum mo fos!
