Fresh Eggs and Moo Meat

How many eggs do you go through a month? Last month I went through 7 dozen (4dz from WIC and 3 dz from my in-law’s chickens).
My fresh eggs look so colorful with their brown shells and camdiam yellow yolks. There is something to be said about fresh ingriedents. We even got 60 pounds (out of 600 pounds) of unprocessed beef from a recent slaughter from them.
