Holy Canolli

I made an amazing dish tonight. I made a Spinach Cannolli. OMG. It took less than an one hour to prepare and bake.
Back when i was finacially very secure in Maryland, i frequented Borders Books (Kst and 13th) during lunch and bought a new book every few days. Their sale racks were always full of cookbooks under $10. I bought a Martha Storey one afternoon; was discouraged by the lack of pictures and never opened it again.
Fast foward 6 years later and it is my most used cookbook. Stained with chocolate, pasta sauce and butter. The book is virtually idiot proof and is full of easy and yummy recipies and crafts. Pick up a copy!!!
